It is Nels Cline's signature pedal.
It is loosely based from a Marshall Gov'nor OD.
It has an unusually liquid sound. If backed off it is incredible fat and warm.
It is a really high gain pedal yet each note although it has a soft round attack it still has incredible definition.
The sustain is incredible !!!
Important to note the first demo uses a 20 watt amp.
It as a high gain as it gets yet it is not a Metal pedal per say.

CONCLUSION
I have reviewed at least 600 dirt pedals Nothing sounds like this pedal!!!
I think anyone in any creative style could find a way to add this sound to their arsenal.
I have less then zero room with 70 pedals already designated to my new twin and linked pedalboards.
BUT ....this is a MUST HAVE!!!
