Back in '65. Yes ...the dinosaur days Marshall had an agreement with an International wholesalers agreement to not make anything with the Marshall name that they in short were not part of etc. etc.
So Marshall set up a deal to make Park Amplifiers. Single channel Plexi's to start with.
They also did the Park Fuzz. It was a biggy in Brit. Teamed up with a Marshall it was used on a lot of recordings.
It is definitely a bit buzzy ...cured if you backed off the volume on the guitar. Yes and a generous twist on the bass knob does miracles too.
CONCLUSION
I for one am at 73 not nostalgic about the (not so) good ol' days. But I still think it's cool for a lot of guys. There are
guys who are pro's that would never use this live but collect every Fuzz they can get their hands on. Reliable information says it is more fun than collecting stamps
