OVERDRIVE- LPD Pedals FIFTY 5 ____NEW ____ the last pedal sold out in 24 hours!

LPD PEDALS FIFTY5
$200.00 USD
Lawrence is known by his MIAB pedals. Each one is killer take on a specific Marshall amp. The Sixty8 is a 68 Plexi, the Seventy4 is indeed a 74 and the Eighty7 is a JCM 800.
How good are they ??? They will have to bury me with them.
I bought the first one in 2017 when it was so new the paint was wet. He only brings these out about every couple of years as he is anal about totally nailing it.
I can tell you right now that the Fifty 5 does not disappoint!!! This is a departure for LPD as it is based on a Fender Tweed. I can not help but think of the Bassman that started as a Tweed. I had the 55 model 5D6 which Marshall used as the topography of the 55 but basically changed the tubes from 6L6's to EL34s.
The layout is level, gain and tone. A toggle lets you choose between a classic voice to one with more lows (a setting that reminds me of my old Bassman) A second switch gives you classic Tweed but or a bit more amp as opposed to preamp distortion
CONCLUSION
One thing to keep in mind. You can put a MIAB pedal thru nearly anything and it simply takes over that amp and sounds Marshall. A Fender pedal does not like competition. It wants a nice neutral clean sound at the least.
This pedal would sound at it's best thru a Fender. The clean channel on a Hot Rod would have your ears thinking you own a high end handmade Fender. A Fender Twin would be beyond heaven.
One last thing. If you had a peek inside an LPD Pedal you would know you were getting a killer price.
