The company is a the one man show of John Lyons who has been around at least 11 years that I can trace. John has over 40 Fuzz pedals on his site and rumour has it there could be a hundred pedals he designed and these are the present choices. He has a very big cult following. Most of his Fuzz pedals are classics or obscure but loved niche pedals. Brit, U.S. and those from Japan have all been covered. In this case we have the 1974 Roland Double Beat AD-50 Fuzz/Wah to thank. By 1976 all Roland pedals were sold under the Boss name. I feel that the Fuzz being part of a Wah pedal has contributed to the Fuzz not being resurrected.CONCLUSION
Is it as good or even sound like the original? (check it out below)
The sound has Dave Gilmour vibe to it. It's impossible not to like
it with a fat beefy rich sound and the tightness of a good OD.
