These guys from Greece have made synthesizers and a few pedals for years. It is all based on classic analog synth tech. There Kormorbi BBD Chorus/Flanger pedal was reviewed by the 'That Pedal Show' and is unreal.

A lot of studios use it on everything and anything needing some spice. On guitar, bass, percussion vocals etc.

In the 80's I had a part time gig teaching keyboard players how to program their Synths. At the time sales for Synth was about 10 times that for guitars. I thought if I can't beat them I'll join them and had a career for a few years making soundtracks for infomercials.

I digress, as I often do but I have a point. This unit may seem total foreign to you but it really is not hard to understand.

The basic driver of the filters is a heavily, gated Fuzz. The Fuzz goes thru an Envelope Filter Follower. Easy, it is Synth speak for a Wah that gets triggered by how hard you pick. The filter has a self oscillating lowpass and highpass filter. Again it is easy it is like two Wah pedals one that works forward and one that works backwards. 

The thing is you can set it anywhere not always at the bottom of the sweep or at the top. 

A lot of cool sh't is around the middle of the sweep.

It takes about an hour or two to both get into what the knobs do and 

jamming with one to be ready to Rock with it forever.

CONCLUSION

One of the coolest new pedals this year. It sounds killer.
