The company started in 1983. Like TC Electronic the pedals are MIC but with a good reliable build and parts.
This pedal is a medium gain OD pushing a bit into higher gain with an Amp-in a-Box vibe. The layout is Volume, Gain and Tone. A basic Gate which is always welcomed. The Attack knob blends a tiny bit of clean that gives it a nice edge.
CONCLUSION __
I find it at it's best when it is not pushed past crunch.
There you get a very fat chunky sound. It can get a
bit wooly after that. There are literally a hundred other
pedals at over $200 that at best are as good and some noticeable worse.
