P. Fx is in Brisbane Australia with an untarnished rep for quality and value. It all started with the E-H Civil War Muff when the late Steve Painter took a shot at improving it with his Buffalo FX Patriarch. Past FX is does defunct pedals. They are faithful to the original and only add or subtract things that owners of the original consider restraining. The layout starts with Level, Tone and Gain but adds Mids and Lows and a toggle to boost or cut the Mids.  

CONCLUSION__ 

I could care less if the pedal captures either the E-H or the  

Buffalo FX. The Fuzz is very versatile and sounds good no 

matter where you prefer it. The price is dead cheap for

a quality handmade unit.
