It is Olly Balan's creation from Montreal Canada.
The pedal is built like a tank! The intent was to get a Dumble in a box. I really do not care how close he got but just how good the pedal stands as a great pre.
Good ol' Olly does not disappoint.
The pre has a bright crisp sparkling clean sound that you can push into a smooth full and luscious OD.
There are 2 channels clean and dirty. It uses 2 stages of gain and thanks to the two 12Ax7 tubes just like a Dumble it does not disappoint!.
The price is a steal when you compare it to what
the big boys offer in this price range!!!
Each one is handmade from your order. So
there is a 2 week wait. Short if you ask me!
CONCLUSION
It is very impressive. If you want the perfect sound I highly recommend you get a Fender Deluxe Reverb amp. If you think it is a tall order to get both then keep in mind you are within an inch of a $10,000,00 sound and you can forget about having to trade up in the future.
