A budget pedal by Giannini, a Brazilian company founded in 1979. It is a dead on clone of the BOSS SD-1 one of Bosses most successful OD's. A

medium gain pedal that is virtually a Tube Screamer voiced to sound tube amp like. It certainly does.

CONCLUSION

The Boss is lifetime keeper. If it was tool in your tool box it would be a hammer. A must have. It stands on its own, it can stack on or boost anything. When your gourmet transparent pedal is to whimpy and your MIAB is too much ...out comes your Boss SD-1 to save the day. BUT! When a pedal this good nails the sound why pay more.
