These guys have been around since Noah let them off in pairs from the Arc :-)

OK maybe not that long but they set up shop in Hull Quebec, Canada in 2009. The city is just across the River from the nation's Capitol Oshawa.

At this time it was still a 'thing' for new companies to re-invent the wheel.

In short doing clones is not what they do. 

In fact the whole goal was to do something new. 

From their rude casings to the stamped by hand labeling on those casings everything is still hand made old school. There is no powder coated baked finishes, or computer graphics to tell your eyes the the pedal just has to sound good.

The pedal uses cascading JFET transistors. They are mostly found in quality OD's as they sound very similar to a tube. This requires a lot more work to get a great sound. One can get good sounding OpAmp pedals but the truth is the OpAmp is cheap and takes care of all that hassle with the FETS. In short this pedal uses the good sh@t.

The layout You have volume and Fuzz/gain the ever sexy BIAS to starve the juice and give you those gasping gritty velcro sounds and in put volume to match different levels of input from the various PU's we all use. 

CONCLUSION

Killer fat thick rich sound with some serious balz. By using the FETS the pedal sounds like some old classic fuzz going through a Fender Tweed amp without having to own the damn amp. The attack is exelent and you get incredible note sepation which is really amazing on any Fuzz. In other words no mud or mush. 

Simply an exceptional pedal.
