Created for Megadeaths Kiko Loureiro a simple box to nail his sound. Usually signature pedal are restricted by zeroing in on one sound that often really does fit many players technique,style or even their present gear.
I can't say that this pedal is not any different.
Even the layout suggest this. The highs are on a switch not a pot which means fixed presets.
Another switch is for body which is usually
means more lows. There is a mid boost but it
will have a fixed curve and resonant point.
BUT! Even with these restrictions there is no denying that
the tone is totally killer.
NOTE: GNI/NIG are in Brazil. I can not find a retailer for their music.
There site doesn't even list any. I sent them an E.
CONCLUSION
Great sounding. A very small pedal
so it is very pedalboard friendly.
I am sorting the price/retail thing out.
I am waiting on return Email.
Brazil is a volatile country.
I have bought product without any
hassle but thru Reverb. So check back.
