Ground Fx are from Hamburg Germany who appears to specialize in pedals for primarily the Stoner, Doom, Sludge & Drone players. Although Ben who in fact is the whole company claims to make classic amps and pedals.

The Koloss is so new the paints wet. lol In fact they are taking pre-orders. Ben makes it no secret that the schematics started life as a Big Muff.
The layout is Tone, Mid which is a boost, Gain and Saturation which more Gain then Blend that adds back some clean sound for definition followed by Volume. 
There are other diasters  I meant video's but this one doesn't show all it can do it only shows what you will actual use.

CONCLUSIONS
Well what it do is cool but other pedals do it too
some with more choices worth choosing and some cheaper.
