Not a new idea but one that is very well executed. Take the Tone Bender MKII, arguably the best of the TB pedals and just fix what was broken than leave the damn think alone. The TBII had a weak output and was noisy. The TBII had great spit a sputter but not on demand.The Blammo has a BIAS control so you can control just how much spit and sputter you want or indeed do not want. 

The layout is the usual Level, Gain and Tone but also a BIAS control and a switch turn on a gate.

CONCLUSION ___ 

This pedal simply ticks all the boxes. it also has a great sound. 

The pedal is priced well for a USA handmade.

Yes, ...there are good MIC Brit Fuzz pedals that are good enough to be an understudy at their worse. The MOVALL Galactic Groove a $35 TB and the Joyo JF-26 Tiny Huge a $40 Fuzz Face/TB 1.5. So compare all 

3 and decide for yourself. Sound wise there is not one that is a bad choice.
