The layout is fairly straightforward with
Volume and gain and the appreciated 3 way EQ of Treble, Mid and Bass. It has switch for vintage and modern and another for 3 gain stages. A second footswitch give you a boost stage.
A lot of guys will not even give it a try since the damn thing is not just big but massive.
In this age of the 'pedal board' designing
something needing this size is not only impractical but out right stupid.
CONCLUSION
Well it has nice aggressive raw tone. If it is a Plexi it is of the modded in America gourmet brand type. Not that this is a bad thing but it does not have the lows or meaty lower mids associated with the real deal. Still as a lover of anything even in the ballpark I find it really appealing.
