FUZZ- MOSKY- BC108 Fuzzface... they nailed it! ...$25.00 USD too!!!

$25.00 USD
 MOSKY BC108 FUZZFACE
Based off of the late 60's Dallas Arbiter Fuzzface as used by
Hendrix.
The original used germanium transistors than later switched to silicon transistors. The Mosky uses silicon transistors.
The Mosky definitely has the sound nailed.
The original had both a Fuzz and a volume knob but since everyone turns it up full to get the sound they wisely omitted it.
CONCLUSION
Unless it is your only dirt pedal or you are into Hendrix and about 2 or 3%  more detail from a vintage pedal is worth it then this is it!!!  I think 99% of the guys that buy one will still have it 10 years from now.

  1. Hello Paul

What cheap pedal, MXR Dyna Comp style, would you recommend me?

    Thank you

  2. Literally copying an old MXR Dyna Comp is actually a very cheap thing to do. Unfortunately thanx to Keeley and others there are now some really good reasonably priced comps. One of the very best is the Keeley Compressor Plus at $130,00 USD it is a keeper. So if you can not start there than I would get the Rowin LN333 it is a nano compressor very, very small it is made by Joyo using their JF-312 'pipe bomb' circuit so the build quality will be very good. You can get it on AliExpress for $20.00 USD (free shipping) The Behringer CS100 which is clone of a Boss CS-3.Behringer unfortunately use plastic casings and very cheap footswitches BUT they really nail the circuits so you get excellent sound. Sweetwater does it for $28.00 USD.The upside is both have smooth compression you do not get an aggressive percussive pop of the old Dyna Comp which works great for very clean Country styles but for Rock it is really annoying. None of the budget compressors give you extra sustain of the over $100 ones. CKK Electronics Gear Compressor $80.00 USD on AliExpress is an under the radar pedal.Made in China but by a gourmet pedal. Comparable to many compressors in the $200.00USD range,
