Picking up on the fame of the Smashing Pumpkins and
Billie Corgan's use of the original Electro Harmonx Big Muff OpAmp Fuzz ...S.U.F. brought out the Pumpkin.
It has always been the company's thing to make the classics and collectibles and beef them up. It has been out since 2010 ans was once made in a Hammond B box so it would be smaller and fit on your board. With a lot of renewed intrest in the Billie and the Pumpkins it is back and with a push ..and a new demo.
CONCLUSION
It sounds damn good!!! Big But? Is it better than the $80.00 USD Electro Harmonix reissue.
Billie Coban thinks the new EH is cool.
I recently bought the new EH and if there is something a little better with the 'Pumpkin' it is damn subtle. At half the size and less than half the money ...buy the EH!!!
