OVERDRIVE- MOSKY AUDIO Classic F-der... can it do the impossible?

MOSKY AUDIO
Classic F-nder
$35.00 USD
When Leo Fender invented his first amps he was looking for clean clarity. Dirt ment muddy crappy sound. Dirt only became useful years later when players found less notes is more. We all know that playing a 6 note chord at high gain, sounds more like guitar vomit than heavier punchy sound.
In short Leo wanted you to be able to strum full chords and have it as clean and clear as an acoustic Martin. He probably first succeeded with the black face amps but nailed it with the silver face.
My point is a REAL Leo Fender, Fender sound is clean, clear, crisp and glassy with just a trace of dirt for spice. Most noticeable with many classic Surf sounds. Like the Ventures twangy hits.
You also know that putting a dead clean boost or transparent drive over a really dirty amp makes it more dirty. You can put a Dirt pedal over a dead clean amp but achieving the reverse is totally impossible.
This is important because it is why in my mind 99% of all
Fender-in-box pedals totally fail.
This pedal if used wisely can give you Leo Fender's kind of sound.
The layout is Volume, Gain, Treble, Mids and Bass. Another knob
is labelled Voice which in all likelihood is mids cut and/or boost.
CONCLUSION ___
Nearly all the videos for this pedal were made by guys who unlike you did not
read this page. They treated it like a Fuzz and sounded just like was fated to.
Total garbage, junk crap!!!
First you need to have an amp you can dead clean. it can be wimpy unusably clean and get good results. In fact maybe the best results.
The best sounds will be at the very low gain settings.
