This is their flagship pedal. It is a take on the defunct Boss Hyperfuzz which itself is a take on the 1968 Shin ei FY-6. 

Still a favorite for Doom and related genres.

The layout is Bass Treble Level and Gain.  

 

CONCLUSIONS ___

It has full fat impressive sound. It reminds me of the $40.00 USD Joyo Voodoo Fuzz. The Joyo and the $30.00 USD Behringer both good sounding  variations on the original.

...since you asked I have the Behringer and it is working out just find for where I need it. 

The Joyo sounds fatter but less aggressive. I feel they were trying to nail the Shin ei. 

It is more open with less gain. There are posts on both.
