It is a low gain Fuzz with a bit of a Russian Muff vibe. Although I suspect however it it could indeed be using the basic Maestro 

Fuzz tone topography. The site has the vibe of being for real 

as in aiming for the amateur Surf music genre.

Conclusion__  

Maybe it is for a new genre.
