I tried to find some background on this guy but no luck. The most

I know is he has a work bench that looks like it has been in it's surroundings for decades. An 8 year old video that has no sound shows his hands building a wooden casing, then hand wiring

a circuit board to finally completing the pedal.
He does have 15 different pedals on his site. Apparently Fuzz pedals.
This one is a simple but nasty germanium Fuzz with a bit of OD vibe at the right sweet spot.
The layout is volume, tone and gain with a boost in case you need even more gain.
