JOE GORE 

This a very old video by Joe Gore who for light years has played on many records to his Fuzz magic. He also has worked with many manufacturers helping design new equipment. Oddly he is well qualified to handle a lot of digital gear and even works with high end makers like UA and Apple on computer gear software and PU makers like Fishman. 

Add to that he is classically trained and studied the works of DeBussy and again in contrast Duke Ellington. He doesn't stop there either. He was the Editor of Guitar Player Magazine and writes articles for many others too.

Lastly he has own pedal company making twisted hybrids of vintage Fuzz pedals. He however  seems to run it like a hobby. Sometimes it has product sometimes a little and sometimes, none, lol. 

In short it is open or closed for business the second he 

has something more interesting to do.
