There are Plexi's like the Columbo Audio Electronics Plexi Breed that get
a 10 out of 10 for authenticity. I have one and love it. The trouble with

it is we all think of a Plexi sound that we hear on old records which included a Fuzz or OD boosting the front end and the cabinet throbbing thump created by a stack resonating the crap out of a stack. The Wheebo if tuned in gets a 9.5 for authenticity but it includes all that boost and thump I just mentioned. You just tune it in to either.

If it didn't thrill you when playing it, I would have to confiscate your guitar, lol. In short, it delivers!!!

Wheebo 'is' Eike Hunzten in Hanover Germany and has been making several different MIAB pedals for years and years. In fact at last

count he does 10.

The JCM Ltd. is the latest version of his JCM. Nothing of the original

one is not there but now the pedal has an internal charge pump

to greatly increase the dynamic range and you get more EQ options.

Some you may never use but you will never says ...."it's great but ..."

It's too big too expensive and too good to say "NO!" to.
