It is supposed to be a Tone Bender MKIII. E-H making a Tone Bender clone is like Fender calling a new amp a PLEXI, WTF!!!

The layout is NOT Bender. A MkIII should have just a Volume, Tone 

and Gain, and what in the F. is clipping LED doing on a TB????

CONCLUSION __

It definitely makes some interesting noises but 

it is not a TB. You can get a REAL handmade

Tone Bender for $20 less from Tol Red with NOS Germanium transistors in a steel casing 

with a sloped top. Best Fuzz I ever owned! 

 

 

Mike Mathews comes across as a total hypocrite threating  other Fuzz 

makers with a law suite then calling this a BENDER when he sues others 

for calling their Fuzz a Muff. The guy is being a total 'Low Life'. 

How desperate is he to get another buck???
