       VERY GOOD NEWS

Today ....the Court of International Appeal ruled that the tariffs are illegal. The short story 

is Congress would have to weigh all of them, one at a time to pass a single one. For example 

guitars could be tariffed but then only guitars in a single bill dealing with guitars etc. 

The court ruled ALL these Trump evoked tariffs are off and zero can be collected 

at the border.

This could change but it will hold for 10 days for Trump to give an argument for an appeal. 

If Trump can show in any way it was a true emergency which is highly improbable then 

he can still fight it but the tariffs will be on hold until there is a conclusive judgment.
