BEHRINGER F300 Super Fuzz > vs.< BOSS FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz ____why buy cheap junk ???

  SHOOTOUT - BEHRINGER vs. BOSS

Shin-ei FY-6 becomes the UNI-VOX SUPER FUZZ
All pedals that are hot fall in and out of fashion. The Klon is hot then its not, the
BluesBreaker is a breath taker then it is just another OD. When the 1968 MIJ Shin-ei Fuzz arrived in America sporting the Uni-Vox Super Fuzz badge it became an overnite gotta-have, but its over saturation of users eventually turned what was hot to what is uncool.

NEW BOYS
Every few years a new group of beginners comes along a discovers the Fuzz. Boss comes to the rescue with the BOSS FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz. The next generation of young guys move in and Behringer comes along. Behringer can see the pattern. New young guys want to try all these classic pedals so why not make super cheapies so they can check any or all of them out.
These days in support of the fine American tradition that 'More is Better' we all have a board so between wanting everything and affording everything is a small problem.
So we got smart. Yes we will pay hundreds for that new super high-tech ambient Reverb by Strymon. There is no cheap way around it. But .....
Fortunately some designers knocking off a clone got it right. While still keeping a pedal within budget and made the occasional killer. So is the Behringer Super Fuzz one of them. Or should you spend your next $30 on beer.

the fine print
Is there any reason for you to not buy one ???
.....yes I thought just the same, I should have mine  in a couple of days, LOL
______________
HANDS ON  It just arrived. I found a few interesting crazy sounds within minutes of toying with it.
What actually blew my mind is I found a sound that was totally Dave Gilmour.
I have a tune I needed this and as fate dictated it is the first tune slated for todays rehearsal. 😇
