OVERDRIVE- KEELEY ELECTRONICS Manis ___NEW___ KLON clone

K E E L E Y
MANIS ||
$200.00 USD
It comes in black but the Silver and Gold choices point at its lineage. Keeley did the OXBOOD Klon clone 9 years ago but we get the new & improved with this, lol. One half the pedal is wired for a very respectful duplication of the Klons quirky voicing with that Boost blending into the overdrive. The other side uses germanium transistors to give you a very pleasing hardclipper OD. The layout is Volume, Tone and Gain. One toggle switches on a Bass boost or leaves it vintage Klon sound. Another toggle switches between germanium transistors or the Klons
classic germanium diodes.
                  CONCLUSION __
Like all Keeley pedals the quality is excellent.
My beef is if Keeley made ice cream it would
be award winning. But it would
only come in vanila.

  1. What's the noise floor like? A friend of mine had a Keeley overdrive that was very noisy/hissy.

  2. Also, if it's a 'Klon plus extras', doesn't that make it a 'Klon Mutation' rather than an actual 'Klone'?

  3. The Decibelics Golden horse is completely quiet
