The company is a pioneer in Fuzz pedals that take todays safe route of sticking with silicon transistors but by messing with the BIAS let us have old school velco rips and a flub killing filter. Better still it has enough output and range so we do not have to dime knobs for a great sound.

The layout is Volume, Gain, BIAS and Cut, a low pass filter. 

CONCLUSION __ 

I have been shouting the praises of the new Pigtronix Gas Giant. In many ways this is more 

the same than different. 

It is not an OpAmp Fuzz but then by using real transistors you get a much more classic sound. If you have a Tele or Strat this loves single coils ....

All that said I will call it a tie.
