BAE AUDIO make very high quality studio gear. Not always the glamorous things but all the bits and pieces that patch things together. A lot of is large things in chunky steel boxes others are preamps etc. The point is these guys make quality military grade stuff.
In spite of all their high tech the owner is a Brit and a guitarist who started out in the era of the Rangemaster treble booster and the Colorsound Fuzz. The layout has Two controls for Gain, Bass , Treble and Juice which adds the amount Fuzz to the overdriven boost signal. Yes it can be considered a Fuzz/OD.
There may be a dozen more amazing Fuzz boxes on the
Planet but this one is either at the top or damn close to it!

CONCLUSION
Well the whole pedal is based off two classic pedals that wrote the book on how to get a huge fat quite literally thrilling sound. They also removed any bugs or limitations from the original Colorsound & Rangemaster boxes without loosing their soul.
What's not to like? Or more important what's not to love!!
Considering the very high quality the price is very
reasonable. This is do to BAE's president Mark Loughman
who as kid playing the guitar longed for the two original
pedals that he could not afford. Yes the pic is Mark still
playing his old Tele at a record release party in 2016.
