OVERDRIVE- JOYO JF-23 ARGOS ____ NEW ___ Horizon Devices Precision Drive clone?

ARGOS OVERDRIVE
It appears to me to be a clone of a Horizon Devices Precision Drive, 
which is clone of a Pro Tone Attack Drive.
All are basically modded Tube Screamers.
The layout is Gain,Level,Tone and Gate with a rotary switch called an 
Attack control which is probably a high pass filter.

CONCLUSION
A very useful tool. Demon FX make a clone of the Horizon Drive. 
In fact near counterfeit copy graphics and all. For $50.00 USD

    The Demon FX sounds pretty much dead on the Horizon. The Horizon has a good track record so there is some comfort that you are likely not going to be disappointed. It is made by Mosky so it should be reliable.
    Joyo pedals are always well made and are much better known so they have an easier resale.
    They more or less cost the same. It is about a tie, both are good. Check out the Post on the Demon Fx from last Sept.
