One knob pedals are hardly glamorous, lol.
This one isn't a take on the Earthquaker Acapulco Gold that is based on the SUNN Model-T amp. Unfortunately the difference when compared is minimal, LOL.The name is a give away. The pedal is aimed at Doom and its many close relations.
CONCLUSION
To be fair this pedal is fatter than the 'Gold' but it is much noisier. From a guy who spends most of my time using a MIAB pedal I still find there are times even in some tunes that switching to these types of pedals can really add some serious drama. The price is reasonable.
There are other pedals that can get you in this sameballpark so hence the video comparing them.
