'68 SHRINE SERIES OCTAVIO
This is not new it is a re-release pedal from just a couple of years ago. Along with all the Jimi pedals.
Times are tough so companies use re-releases that have no R&D or the expense of new circuit boards or encloses etc to pay for. Even if they only sell in small numbers
Times are tough so companies use re-releases that have no R&D or the expense of new circuit boards or encloses etc to pay for. Even if they only sell in small numbers
they make money and bring attention to the brand.
I expect they are made under a licence from the Hendrix estate as Dunlop can bring
out the same pedals for $30.00 USD less without Hendrix on the label.
The layout is Level, Gain and a switch for the octave up effect.
CONCLUSION
It sounds great but so does the $100 new E-H Lizard Queen or even the $30.00 USD Behringer SF-300 Super Fuzz. Same only different. Not necessarily better than.
