Straight up I must tell you it has not been made in about 10 years.
There are a reasonable amount around ...even new ones. Especially the mini and a few of the full size all red ones.
So what does it do ???
It makes the highs crystal clear and tightens and punches up the bass.
How does it do this ???
The concept is dead simple though I imagine the circuit is not!
If you have the highs reach your ears before the mids by a mili second or two your brain is deceived into thinking It is part of the whole sound.
The lows however are easier. By using a standard low pass filter so you can cut the very, very lows off to cleanup low end mush.
It is tricky with the highs though as you do not want to smear the frequencies where the mids and highs meet.
BBE have done a stellar job.
It is a pedal you do not know you need until you own one.

CONCLUSION
I got the mini on order it cost me $95.00 including free shipping for a new one.
A new one as in ...new old stock.
The pedal was discontinued in 2010.
