The big difference with Xotic is they only offer a new or new version of a pedal about every 3 years. A lot of thought goes into the smallest detail before the release anything new. There specialty is filling the needs of Americana, Iny Alt and Blues based players. It is all about pushing an
old school Fender combo or any vintage made in America amp into a
bit of 'just right' Crunch.
CONCLUSION __
It is a niche product. Very good if you fit into American roots music. The downside is when your rig is basically guitar & amp choosing such a pedal becomes a third of your sound. If you change a guitar or amp this pedal may not fit.
