DYSTOPIAN FUZZ
on the infamous Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz long since being produced. Like many, many Fuzz pedals they are all clones of the Shin-e-i FY6 known
in America as the Univox Super Fuzz. The layout is Volume, Bass,
Treble and Gain. It has a toggle to switch from Fuzz 1, Fuzz 2 & Boost.
CONCLUSION __
The price is very good but the Boss to my ears sounds more open and clear. If the Boss gets a 10 out of 10 the Behringer Super Fuzz gets a 9.5 out of 10. The Behringer is $25.00 USD. Yes it comes in a plastic housing but an average minimum shop charge in the U.S.
to fix anything from a car to a pedal is about 4 times the price.
The only thing on a Behringer that breaks is the foot switch
coupling. So if you wear your All Stars instead of your
Doc Martins it will never happen, lol.
