Lets just say that all of the best parts on earth do not guarantee the best sound.
If it was so the owners of a Stradivarius violin would be trading up to a titanium one, lol. That said a maker that boasts a bit to much does not necessarily make a bad pedal.
The layout is Volume, Tone and Gain.

CONCLUSION ___

Well it is impressive. Even pushed it stays clean and not overly compressed yet the sustain keeps blooming and it does it's decay just keeps hanging in. It does sacrifice bite and nice smidgen of growl on the attack.
most of us for all bladder about transparent wants some color and character with our pedal the Browne Amplification Carbon, the PastFX Canberra and even the Keeley Mk3 Driver all have a lot more personality.
