The Jordon Electronics was made in 1967 and consisted of just 7 parts. Its 2 transistors use one to distort and the other as a buffer to boost it loud enough to get to your amp. It was not a pedal but a small plastic box with an input jack and the output jack mounted into the unit. The layout was volume and BIAS.Mythos gives you virtually the same deal. The volume control is
internal for a 'set and forget' once you got it matched to your rig.
CONCLUSION
The thing with all of Mythos pedals as they all just sound great. If there is, it is because most are aimed at capturing the sounds of the weekend warrior playing a small club doing covers of mostly classic Americana tunes. So if you are into Americana, Blues or an Indy Alt thing they are all a bullet proof choice.
