I will tell you right away some settings have a bit of nasty low fizz
but you can dial it out and still get get some absolutely great tones.
After some careful observance of setting changes made thru the course of the demo I noted the noise in question is the result of running the level too high. It could even be from overloading the amp and not the pedal at all. With the level at near 2 o'clock it is bad.
At 10 o'clock it is gone.
It is as you might expect a high gain distortion pedal.
It does however have a very glassy sweet tone.
The low boost gives a nice fat low end and the
fat boost fattens the mids to a juicy fullness.
The pedal even looks cool!!!
