The pedal has been around for 5 years. This is basically a V.3. 

The 'Royal' at best is simply grasping mediocre & tacky marketing. 

The pedal is a hardclipper OD, much like a Rat OD blended with 

a Fuzz. The layout is really Volume, Gain, and Tone with a Blend 

control for OD with Fuzz.

           CONCLUSION ___

The overall sound has a nice organic and chunky sound 

with a lot of character. The kind of pedal one expects in 

an Indy-Alt band. In spite of the childish marketing

I quite like the pedal.
