Diamond pedals
F-Octave
Technically this qualifies as version 2 since the first came out in 2014.
At the time it was hot poop. Everyone wanted one. A few years back everyone started getting back into all the Fuzz pedals. Each one was followed by another one more outrageous than the last.
They were great fun for the hobbyist who has his pedals on a bookshelf but not for the guy with a board gigging and having to fit in a band where the Fuzz better not be competing with the singer trying to
sing a popular tune. The layout is Volume, Tone, Gain and a LPF (low pass filter)
needed to pull back the highs.
CONCLUSION __
This is impressive you can go crazy on
some tunes and pull it back into a place
you could confuse as Overdrive territory

What is your favourite octave fuzz ?
ReplyDeleteAt the moment it is the Behringer Super Fuzz but I may add the Behringer Octavia in August which may either replace or join it. :-)
