 iSET  PD-11  WHEAT  FUZZ

There is no such thing as an iset pedal. 

It is one of 35 Mini pedal brands that are made by Mooer. They are 

re-brands. This is a Mooer Triangle Buff Fuzz. It has been painted 

green and uses a different font and graphics for the logo. 

Mooer cloned the topography for theirs from an Electro Harmonix 

Triangle Big Muff. The layout is Volume, Level and Gain. 

       CONCLUSION ___ 

I have done this review several times for many of the 

Mooer Re-brands but only when it was the cheapest of 

all that were then available. The honor for the cheapest  

had been Sonicake for the last 3 years.

None of the re-brands are made with substituted cheap 

parts. Mooer do runs of a thousand pedals so it is cheaper 

to just buy in a huge numbers then buy smaller amounts  

of cheaper parts. Plus the parts are reliable so they do not 

have to scrap many finished pedals. 

In short the re-brands are not dumbed down.

There are several iSET videos but they are total crap. 

So I have chosen one that does several iSET pedals. 

I also included a shoot out between the Mooer

and the Electro Harmonix.

It heard 3 sounds I could use. The all heavy low end sound to stack on an OD for 

a really heavy low end. A good standard Muff sound one can always find a tune for. 

But I especially liked the sound with the gain knocked off that created a really gritty 

boost sound with incredible punch. I can afford to be wrong for ... $18.00 USD 

$18.00 WTF, I ordered one. 

         It arrived and it simply nails it!!! It is already a 'keeper' on my board.
