Every pedal is hand made by Rick Weaver who has been making pedals etc. for 40 years. His pedal company started in 2019. It appears he is a fixture in the NYC scene with what are the various off shoots from the decades old Jazz scene. For better or worse the pedals are the darling of the 'Cork Sniffers'. Being just one guy he is never without work simply by word of mouth. I have never heard of him and after 10 years and 3,400 pedals later an R.W. pedal never showed up.

This is an old school Octave pedal using NOS parts from the era. The layout is Volume and Boost, there is zero info to what the toggle does, LOL. I expect it is the octave effect on or off.
CONCLUSION ___Is it killer??? Damn impossible to tell, LOL. There are only 2 videos and the best is a one minute demo from Jeff McErlain on 'That Pedal Show'. If it wasn't someone like Jeff I would not waste your time with such nano info to share.
...Jeff does his thing at 25.10 on the first video.
