A small SoCal USA company who have a niche market selling mostly old school OD. Having just listen to them all, LOL. It took all morning, LOL. They are more the same than different. They have pleasant warm grainy sound that I must amitt can really fatten your sound. They have always done well with the gigging musician with a small combo at the clubs and bars doing some variation of the classic Americana thing. The Indie guys love them for their authentic old vibe. They are the original Tweed-in a-Box before the gourmet boys found out just calling them Tweed quadrupled sales.I picked this pedal because the name popped up now and again 10 years ago tied in with the Indie Alt crowd.The layout is dead simple with just volume and gain. In short they nail the sweet spot. If it is not quite right than try the others as they are really the same but different.
CONCLUSION ___
Well made right down to the old heavy steel Fulltone type enclosure.They have a very good track record for reliability.Big with the Brit/European players wanting authentic Americana.2018 real world prices are welcome sight.
It is warm but not muddy. Nice and bright without a trace of harhness.
