The pedal uses cascading silicon transistors and the gain sweeps thru stages giving you a boost to a Tube Screamer symmetrical gain going into high gain and even to a Fuzz.
CONCLUSION
One size fits all? Well yes but not many guys do
more than set up a dirt pedal for their favourite
sound. I do not hear that one perfect sound to
that says buy me. Big But. The pedalis impressive
by it's build alone. It is popular with bands that lean
towards Blues, Americana and Outlaw country.
While trying to find a price I tripped over a Ltd. Ed.
version using NOS germanium transistors.
Yes they too were $200.00 USD.
They have 4 pedals left at MacDaddys Music.
I think they may have slipped under the radar
and may have been sitting there for a year or two.
I truly think these will indeed be collectors pedals
