Good ol' Trev found that although the Floyd does what it does by locking the strings down both at the saddle and at the nut that in tests he found that most of the problem is not at the nut but at the bridge. So he designed titanium saddles that you can lock down with just a small screw. 

Realistically a graphite or Graph Tech TUSQ nut & string trees then add locking tuners would all but perfect the idea.

Pete Thorn has been using them even on tour with near zero problems with the guitar going out of tune. No you can't do a EVH but for 95% of us even doing no more than the odd total dive bomb you will not have any problems.

Getting it with it already on a drop in bridge is $229.00 USD and will be on the Wilkinson site next week. Many of us have been waiting since 2018. Me included. The few times they became available
