Let me say this before I go on. This pedal is out of production. BUT there are a few around used on all the usual sites. Krank's main gig is making amps so  they know a thing or two about sound. This pedal is unique in that they have given it a metallic steel like quality to the whole sound. Perfect when playing modern Metal that is full of chunky quarter note machine gun rhythms.This pays off big time because you can EQ whatever sound you want without the need of  a 'tight' circuit which always thins out the sound. You do loose any hint of that warm Marshall type sound. In short... this is a trade off.

IT DOES NOT have any serious tube amp type qualities.Readers may know I am big on a Marshall like tube sound even in a Metal pedal. They also know I think nothing of ADDING another pedal to add to my pallet of colours if it is inspiringly unique.
