Guptech are Canadian brand. They are all about value for money
$105.00 USD
with affordable prices for the average guy. They are a husband
and wife team. He does the design and assembly and she does
the finishes including the original art work. French is their
working language.This is a clone of the old Boss Hyper Fuzz discontinued in '97.
The Layout is volume, Gain and Tone with a toggle with
3 settings, 2 are high gain and the 3rd is a Boost.
CONCLUSION __
The bad news is guys bought the Boss as it has
an octave up feature. The good news the octave
up is more gimmick than usable so even it relies
on its two basic Fuzz voices. The Guptech has
only the usable voices. The really Big BUT is the
Guptech has balz plus!!! More punch than pedals
selling for the big bucks.
