ONE CONTROL SONIC BLUE TWANGER

They are pushing this as a pedal for the rhythm guitarist or as a black face Fender. If you want to compare to an amp it sounds much more like a silver face Twin Reverb. It has a very similar vibe to some of the Exotic's endless choices of boost pedals. What got my interest is that Boost pedals are sold to do just that. It usually means an increase in volume. What I like is the sound, not my amp leaping up 6 notches.

In short I see this as great way to stack on a pedal that is too dark but if you boost 

the highs on that pedal you lose the sound. It could even work as an always 

on sound to give a dark amp some life.

CONCLUSION

It is certainly not for everyone. As a possible

problem solver or as a mud remover it may 

be the perfect answer.
