OVERDRIVE- ARTEC SE-SLD Soloist Distortion... mid 70's MIAB

ARTEC SE-SLD| SOLOIST DISTORTION
$55.00 USD
I expect management names the pedal, WTF.
These names are either goofy or irrelevant. At any rate I know my Marshalls.
This sounds like a mid 70's Marshall. They were still Plexi like but they were
getting more aggressive. It is lovely, chunky with punch.
The layout is volume, gain and tone with 'contour' which lets you
change the voicing in the mids.

CONCLUSION
The sound of a lot of hard rock and blues rock of the late 70's.
You love it or not but this pedal nails it and for a decent price.

the fine print
I mentioned it before. Artec are hard to fine Stateside.
Fortunately you can get one at 'Only Pedals' A good site
to browse because there are a lot of cool and hard to
find stuff. Better still cheap.

  2. Was also sold as the Washburn Soloist Distortion. They used to sell it at Target. Great, affordable pedal.
