I own a made in France Celmo Pimento Sardine overdrive. It sounds like a barely hanging together Marshall JTM 45 amp I rented in the UK that died on the road and I took in to get fixed to get me by. The tech told me it
had been repaired many times with substitute parts that were only
close to spec and, 😟 But he got it going, 😊
___ I love the pedal for its mildly trashy sound. Its been on my board
since Noah got off of the Arc, 😇. Well that is what Farm Factory in
Douelle France make. All lovable mutts made from NOS parts. In
this case Mullard GET113 germanium transistors.
The Layout is simply Volume & a toggle that switches between
a vintage or modern voice.
CONCLUSION __
It is pricy and you do not need it, but if you buy it you will never
part with it. Every time you decide it has to go you will change
your mind, LOL.

The only thing dogs have to do with Tolex amp coverings is occasionally pizz on them. Until the guys that wrap cars are brought into the picture, (pun intended), you are out of luck. :-)
