In 1987 Peavey brought out a Marshall derivative the Peavey VTM 60/120 watt amps. They had what one refers to today as the Jose mods. The sound is now considered harsh but it cut like a rusty knife in a time when radio rock was full of Hard Rock tunes.
$200.00 USD The layout gives you Pre and Post with a normal Bass, Mids and Treble then you get a series of DIP switches to bring on the Jose mods.CONCLUSION ___

Before you think this is totally not your sound you might want to think of it is a fresh alternative of a sound to use where you would use a Fuzz either as a cool on your face or stacked on a more mellow Overdrive. I love it!!!
I have the Rock Master pedal and it's stellar.
ReplyDeleteTHANX ...in fact THANX Big Time!!! I covered the release of the collection of these Pre's but there were zero videos. It took so long I forgot all about these pedals. I just finished a proper review and Posted it. The damn thing is NOT stellar it is double stellar. THANX .....you just let a few thousand guys know we all have a fantastic new pedal!!!
